Get to know Isaac Dill

My name is Isaac Dill. I’ve worked for the city of Austin Aviation Department for over 6 years. Throughout my time with city I’ve endeavored to learn about the journey we all take from the moment we begin employment with the city, to retirement. People interested in my candidacy should be prepared to support someone who supports upward mobility and what steps are necessary to grow with the city. I believe strongly that organizational leaders are best made from civil servants who have had the opportunity to participate in their labor from the ground up. Far too often policy choices and decisions are made by those in comfortable, executive level positions which have lost true sight of the exacting specifications of the labor itself. My labor with this committee will be to serve to amplify the voices of those who are most directly impacted by the city’s most intense, and therefore occasionally unrepresented labors.
